Mobility 2017 Final Report

Mobility 2017 is a 5-year transit study that was completed in 2011. Surveys, interviews, statistics, and other methods and data were collected by an independent consulting firm, Nelson Nygaard, to determine the best practices currently being carried out at Bis-Man Transit and Capital Area Transit (CAT Bus) and to find suggestions for improvement.

Administration is currently reviewing the final plan and determining a course of action to take for the future of public bus transportation in the Bismarck and Mandan area. The suggested changes will then be reviewed by the Bis-Man Transit Board and City of Bismarck officials.
